Q:   Where do I pay a pink parking ticket?
A:   To plead guilty, include $10.00 cash, check or money order, and place in one of the yellow collection boxes in the following convenient locations:
  • On the meter pole outside of Narberth Pharmacy (Station Circle)
  • On the meter pole in front of Mapes Card Store (North side of Haverford Avenue)
  • On the meter pole in front of the Main Line Deli (East side of Narberth Avenue)
  • On the meter pole in front of the Packaging Store (West side of N. Essex Avenue)
  • At the side entrance to the Municipal Building, Haverford & Conway Avenues (Haverford Avenue entrance to the Police Department)
Tickets not paid within 48 hours are processed and turned over to

Q:   How do I plead non-guilty to a parking ticket? Do I need to go to District Court?
A:   To plead not guilty to a parking ticket, please wait to receive a citation from the District Court and follow the complete instructions printed on the reverse side of the citation. The Court will send you written notification of your court hearing.
     
Q:   Are there long-term parking meters in the downtown area?
A:   Yes, there are long-term meters at the end of North Essex Avenue and along Windsor Avenue by North Essex Avenue.
     
Q:   How do I report a defective meter?
A:   Please call Borough Hall (see above) or stop in at 100 Conway Avenue.
     
Q:   How do I obtain a resident parking permit for one of the two-hour zones?
A:   Residents whose residence front on a two-hour zone are entitled to apply for a Resident Parking Sticker at Borough Hall (see above). Please bring proof of residency, your automobile owners card and $1.00. Your stickers are good for one calendar year, and should be affixed to the rear driver's side bumper of each of your vehicles.
     
Q:   How can I request temporary no-parking signs?
A:   Call Borough Hall (see above).
     
Q:   May I obtain a no-parking sign in front of my house to make space for my moving van?
A:   Yes, please call Borough Hall (see above) and give us your address and the date and times the signs are needed.
